Week 3 FG8

SELF EVALUATION-
In what areas of the challenge am I doing well?  This last week was a hard one being on vacation! I pretty much failed on Saturday and Sunday. I am doing great on my goal of reading the scriptures everyday and had to catch up for 1 day today since I didnt get to read yesterday. But I have been so food with the addiction part and not checking in on facebook until I have read. I need to focus this week on getting in a great sweaty workout! So hopefully I have a better week this week!

Feel great in 8

Last Monday I started a new health journey called feel great in 8. Tiffany Rud created the blog and program and I first heard about it from my friend Ruth who had just finished her 8 week round and had great results! The thing I loved about it is it doesnt focus solely on losing weight. It involves every aspect ofyour life. It is a point based program andyour in it for money. It cost $18 to join and $10 of that goesi nto the pot. There are over 200 people in this round! Every week there is a differnt daily point. Todays daily point Is to write down your blessings. I constantly am thinking aboutmy blessings daily but I need to write them down.

My family
Our first home
Juan- from the very beginning of our marriage we have always said thateachother come first. It has been such a blessing to have Juan in my life!

Keenan
Niko

Camera to capture our lives

The list can go on and on fro running water to a roof over our head. I am so gratful for the time in my life im in.

Kickit!

We didn't end up putting Keenan in FC West soccer this season. The price had gone up thirty dollars and right now it just wasn't worth it. But they have a free soccer league that started a few years back put on by some LDS families. It has grown and there are over 200 kids now. It is all parent run. I didn't sign up to be a coach this year, but here I am! Coaching! There were a couple other coaches but they didn't really know what they were doing, so I stepped up and figured I didn't want to waste my time bringing Keenan if he wasn't going to learn anything. It hasn't been the most exciting thing but I know Keenan likes it. He really likes having his friends from our ward on his team.
