Muscle Spasms?

Well we may have come to something that could be happening to Damon. So for a while now, actually months, maybe like a year... there have been times when Damon is sleeping and he starts to cry, but it's not a "normal" cry. We always know what "that" cry is. Anyways, when we go in there his whole body is just stiff. You can't move him, I mean you can pick him up but he doesn't move. Well his eyes kind of roll back, but not completely. So I thought, OK these are seizures. Well the Doc said it was reflux, so we elevated him while sleeping and that didn't seem to work. I mean he doesn't have these all the time. So next thing, another Doctor told us to video it so we did and I'm taking it to the Neurologist on the 1st and have him look at it. But I think it may be the muscle spasms because you try and move his legs or rub them, it hurts. So we'll see what happens. I hope we can figure something out. It's not all the time thankfully, but to get an answer would be great! I keep telling myself that I'm going to be a occupational therapies, physical therapist, and a neurologist, by the time I'm finished raising Damon! I love it!

Sounds like you and I are dealing with the same kinds of things these days. We could start up a practice together :)

I hope they can pinpoint what is going on. It is true, mom's like you really could tell the Doctors a thing or two I am sure about that.
