FairyTale Town

We have found a few things to do here to make our stay a little more fun and entertaining! Since we are only here for a short amount of time, I want to make the most of adventures! Juan has been working a lot and so this weekend, I wanted to take the day and make it a fun adventure for us and the kids. We woke up on Saturday and went to breakfast at Denny's and then traveled to another part of Sacramento about 15 minutes away where they have a place called Fairytale Town! While we were at Denny's Colby called us and told us that it was free that day and it was great because we were already planning on going! What a better way! It was free because of Children's Celebreation 2009, so they had lots of things going on. Lots of entertainment and free food! Lots of snacks, drinks, and little hamburgers. They had trails you walk around on and go to all the different areas such as a walk through King Arthurs castle, a slide down the Woman that lived in the shoe, a tree house with a slide, Mary had a little lamb with a real lamb, Tale of Peter Rabbit with real rabbits, and lots of other things! It was a fun day to hang out and enjoy our time as a family!
