My Grandma McGary isn't doing very well at all and I'm soo glad that I took this picture of them on Christmas Eve! I didn't know if I had a recent picture of them but was so happy when I found one! I could have never imagined when I was doing my her hair when we were to home and she was telling that she was having pain when she would breathe that this was going to be something major. Grandma was diagnosed with cancer about a month ago or less and it has gone really fast. She has cancer all over her body and they are not giving her long. I so wish I could be there to see her in her last days but I also don't want to rememeber her in so much pain. I feel bad for everyone, for my grandpa. I don't know how everything is going to end but I miss being home for reasons like this. We love you grandma!I will miss so many things!

It's funny. It's not my grandma but I have been struggling with this too. It just went too fast and I too can't imagine life without her. I am sad we won't be able to say goodbye but also relieved I don't have to. My last memories are fun ones, laughing, at Christmas Time. She is one amazing woman and left a great example for all of us.
I'm so sorry, that has got to be so hard....especially not being there for probably her last days. Hang in there, you are one tough woman!
