How can life not be great with a little man around the house like this! We are so completely in love with him! We have survived the first 3 weeks as a family of 5 and it can only get better right? It has been great living here at my parents to have the help. I think I would have gone crazy by now if I didn't have my mom to help with them. It has also been nice to slowly wein myself from her and she went on the trek and is now starting getting things ready for school to start. But it has not been all easy though either. I have to allow plenty of time to get things done and the days FLY by! I don't think I have looked at the clock and thought can this day go faster! Nope not once! The boys are adjusting to having a baby around but I think Damon is having a harder time then I thought. Keenan is just great and wants to help with everything! Changing diapers, holding him for the mere 5 seconds, getting his clothes, and this morning I saw him get Niko off the couch! A little scary cause I don't want him to drop him. Damon is having a little harder time because he was used to being the "baby" and being held and cuddled. But since having Niko, he takes all the attention because he likes to be held, and cries if he's not. I am starting to understand what he needs now and when he needs it. Not a whole lot of other things get taken care of but I figure thats ok. Were still alive and things are still keeping clean. I have mastered taking the boys to therapy. Someone asked me if people stop to help because of the load I have. I almost laughed because its the total opposite. People stare at me like I have some plague or something. Pushing Damon in his big stroller, Keenan either walking or riding on Damons foot rest, and then having the diaper bag on one shoulder, and then carrying Niko in his carseat is quite the sight to watch I'm sure! All in all though, we are carrying on and I feel like I'm getting my energy back which is a great thing! I feel like I'm slowly getting myself back that I lost and feeling more and more better each day!

Oh your boys are getting so big and aas always are so cute. That Niko I want to take a turn holding. That hair is something every mom dreams of. :) Glad things are going well. I am amazed at how you do it. I had to smile about people just staring at you. I have felt the same way many times..and I'm not nearly in your situation. I just always hope to be one of the people who is willing to step out of their comfort zone and help. I've also tried REALLY hard to accept help anytime offered. Keep up all the good work. You're amazing.
