Christmas Day

I didn't take too many pictures of Christmas morning because I was recording it most of the time. We all made out with a haul this year thanks to santas helpers. But we had things for the kids from us anyways from way before we knew about anything. Here is our tree while all the kids were sleeping waiting for the next morning.
I woke up excited but mostly got up quick because I wanted to record Keenan coming out. Well I got in the shower and he was in my room before I was out. But he was great and stayed in there and it was still dark out when he woke up so he didn't see anything different by the tree. He was great to wait in the room until I was all ready with the video recorder and was so excited when he came out!
We had thought that Vicky and Juan were going to stay the night with us, but they ended up going home which worked out perfect because we were able to just be our little family for a bit. They were over by about 7:30 and then the madness began!
We had Juan and Vicky's stockings here too and they were too heavy to have on our stocking hanger so I just had them layed out.
Of course we had the have the treats, but I don't think Keenan understood that they were eaten.
And now enjoying gifts...

We got all ready for church and I wanted to take a family picture so this is the best we got! Could of been worse I thought. We enjoyed an hour of church (yah!) and then came home and lounged around all day!
We had a nice quiet meal of ham, funeral potaoes, rolls, sparkling cider in fancy glasses. But it was a bit wierd but fun because I felt like we were in a mexican restaraunt because we had a pandora mexican station playing softly. Oh the good times! We loved every minute of this holiday!
We had so much fun making traditions and I think it's going to be a special event/occasion to go "home," back to Basin City, because we so much enjoyed staying our new home in Oregon.
