Embarking on a new adventure!

Juan got the go ahead that he will be here as long as he wants to be! Great news because you know what that means??

A HOUSE

We are going to start the process of looking for a home to call our own! We have already been looking online and things but it's here! We won't be acutally moving into a place until about September or October but with so many short sales and forclosures, we know we need to start early because it can take some time to finalize and we don't want to be in a rush to get something that we won't be happy with. With lots of stipulations on our budget, I'm sure were going to be quite the gem to work with ;)

So what are we looking for?

3-4 bedrooms

2 or more bathrooms

ideally we would love to have a full bath on the bottom floor and a bedroom but that may be almost impossible or finding a rambler that is decent looking.

a yard is a MUST!

an open kitchen living area but not an open layout to our bedrooms

central heat/air, but central air is also hard to come by here

modern cabinents

I'm not looking for my dream house yet, but it needs to be livable for about 5 years until we are ready to upgrade to something bigger. But it's really happening! The home buying process is in our reach and it's beyond exciting for us! We have looked forward to this moment for a LONG time! 8 years of marriage, 9 by the time we buy, and 3 kids, we are totally due for this! It feels so right also which is a great feeling! I love living here and am grateful that we are going to be here long term! A prayer answered in more then one way! Good things come to those that wait!
