I had a great time being with Damon on his field trip to ride the horses! What a special thing it is to have a special needs child but yet they still make it possible to make them feel as normal as possible. It was such a great experience for everyone that went and was involved. They started by explaining about the horses and how how to approach them and cleaning techniques. Damon was having a horrible time with allergies and was sneezing most of the time. If he got outside he was ok, but as soon as we went back in a building he would sneeze again.

These horses are specifically for therapy but they havent been uses for wheelchair patients yet but they did great!

I took Damon bike helmet with me just in case they didn't have one small enough. I was so glad I did and we didn't have to worry about finding one! He was excited to get on that horse and ride!
This is our group that went. I cannot say enough great things about the people and teachers that work with Damon! They have a special talent and I have only learned from them!
