Offer

Something big happened yesterday for our family! We put our first offer on a house. I cant believe that we came to this! We have been going back and forth back and forth on whether to buy, stay in our tiny 2 bedroom apartment, rent a house, which in reality is more to do that then to buy this house. So after looking at it twice, we decided to put an offer in! We have a great realtor and great mortgage lady that have worked so well with us. The first time we looked at it I immediatly could see us living there and then when we went back it was confirmed again we could do this. It is a short sale so the process can take a while but is great for us since our lease is not up until September. So it gives us time to wrap our heads around homeownership. Although there is one downfall, we are the.backup offer so I hope that the first backout or find a different home. So here is to hopefully our first home to own!!!
